As probably all of you know, we sold our house. And as some of you know, it fell through. Long story short- the buyers were pre-approved for their loan but at the end of the day (a day before closing) they couldn't come up with their down payment. BUMMER!
So- the house is back on the market.

Oh Man!! Almost the exact thing happened to us last year except it happened to us twice. Selling your house is such a roller coaster ride. Good Luck Jame. The house is super cute! I will spread the word to anyone I know who is interested in buying
Jamie how much, where is it and how soon are you moving away. Looking for a place for me and my boys. Does it have a yard? Garage?
So we're asking $184,000 and it's in Riverton (126th s. 27th w.-ish). We are already moved out so it is ready to be moved into at anytime. It does have a small yard and a 1 car garage. There are also LOTS of grassy areas and a couple playgrounds right there. It's the best little neighborhood if you ask us.
