I hosted the
17th Annual GDI Christmas
party this year. I figured since I had never hosted and this is my last year living here for a while, I'd better step up. It was a great night filled with awesome
food, friends and white elephants.I love all my girls!and BTW...
thanks to all our friends and family who sent us Christmas cards this year. I LOVE getting Christmas cards!

Happy Holidays! I LOVE your header picture... You have to let me know who did it.
K, what is GDI? Am I totally out of it? You all look so cute in that picture.
I LOVE getting card too. It's become my favorite part of the holiday.
Um, embarrassing... this is Alicia. Not Blaine. :)
I'm glad to see you have at least one brunette friend. Merry Christmas.
Hope you had a Merry Christmas. I hate that we haven't hung out since this little gathering!! Just finished up Shar's last pecan roll about an hour ago. I think I took four or five of them that night. Loved them! Thank you again for hosting this fun little shin dig. It was great!
Jamie- I have to say that I am in LOVE with that pic, too. The gal who took it is amazing! Her name is Jodi with 'a yummy life photography.' You can click on her site from my blog- it's under "bryan & jodi."
And you seriously don't know what GDI is?! Where have you been? haha- jk. It's a club (of sorts) that us gals started in 9th grade. Proud to say GDI is still going strong.
And Alicia- that was hilarious! I was feeling pretty honored to have Blaine reading (and commenting) on my blog.
Erica- half of this group is brunette at least once during the year. If we would have taken the pic a week earlier you would be seeing a few more brunettes. That's what you get when there are 2 hair stylists in the group.
And Kris- SERIOUSLY!!! It's all about 2010. Maybe our schedules will find some sort of normalcy and we can get together.
and glad you enjoyed the pecan rolls :)
Ok, that is so funny about the comment from Erica!! I have always thought about that with all you girls!! And Kristie, I really want your boots in this picture. I have been looking at them forever!!! I am jealous!!
Hey Jame,
Thanks for hosting-it was so fun! Looks like you guys had a fun Christmas, I can't believe your dad knits, that is awesome!! Hope your jello turned out yummy.
